CTO Academy have selected a CTO coach with the relevant experience to provide you with agreed 1:1 online coaching sessions
Our coach will work with you around a set of pre-agreed targets and key deliverables
Focus will be on how to accelerate you to achieve long term career and operational targets
Scheduling and Extension
Payment is required for a minimum cluster of three (3) sessions after which your coach will liaise with you to agree the schedule
We will conduct a regular review of the coaching provided and progress made
You will only be invoiced for the sessions agreed
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Coaching for this assignment will be payable in advance of each cluster of agreed session, though more sessions might be required within your programme
Alongside your coach, you will mutually agree targets and deliverables within each cluster of sessions.
We provide a refund for any sessions not yet booked in the diary, less an administration and preparation fee the equivalent of one hour session with the allocated coach. In the event you cancel a booked session within 48 hours of that session taking place, we reserve the right to retain your fee if we’ve been unable to secure an alternative booking for the meeting time reserved.
There is no contractual obligation upon you or your coach to fulfil the proposed programme. Both parties are entitled to cancel at anytime, without financial penalty or favour
In the event of a cancellation by CTO Academy for any of the sessions booked, and where those sessions have not subsequently been re-arranged, a full refund will be provided
In the event you are unhappy with the performance of your coach at anytime then you are asked to lodge that complaint with CTO Academy asap so that we’re able to act expeditiously in addressing your concern and if/where necessary, taking appropriate action, including a refund.

CTO Academy Ltd coaches are independent advisors and CTO Academy Ltd cannot be held liable for any losses and/or issues negatively affecting you or your company as a result of advice given and/or actions taken by you and/or your company as a result.
Once you begin your first coaching session, you automatically sign up to these terms and conditions, you accept that no future claims can be made against CTO Academy based on advice provided within the duration of this coaching proposal.
CTO Academy Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the event that any changes are made, you will be notified and the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
