Upon successfully completing our end of course tests, you will receive a CTO Academy accreditation certificate

When joining CTO Academy you receive immediate access to our management skills courses, lectures and supporting material, with 9 courses and >100 lectures and podcasts.

Every month we release new lectures, webinars and wider course material – often based on topics crowd sourced from our global community.

As a CTO Academy member you receive a 30% discount against the cost of a discovery coaching session with one of our senior coaches. The topic of discussion is entirely down to you and can relate to any specific career or management challenge but many members also find it a powerful session to build a personal learning plan for the months ahead. The sessions themselves last one hour but there is a preparatory Q&A plus each session results in the takeaway of key action points, which your coach will follow up and hold you accountable if necessary.

CTO Academy provide a unique end-to-end talent lifecycle service where we can help upskill (courses), train (coaching) and/or recruit the right people. With our recruitment service, we can also help the onboarding process by adding additional training or coaching where appropriate.

Yes. The eBook is free and available via our home page.

Yes. We have a number of mentoring clients who do not subscribe to the course material, though your mentor might recommend you watch specific lectures and courses.

We aim to provide a personalised experience, starting with a discovery mentoring call that helps us understand your current situation and long term vision, that helps you get the most out of your CTO Academy membership. Mentoring

We provide coaching packages focused on helping you address career or management issues and with clear target outcomes. An initial free session enables us to understand more about your requirements and we then personally match you with the best fit. In the event you don’t want to work with a particular coach and/or your requirements change, we have a global network of experts from whom we can select alternatives.

The CTO Academy course material is primarily aimed at those wishing to achieve senior tech roles. We cover a range of the management and softer skills required such as leadership, tech management, personal development, finance, funding, HR, operations, mindset and wider commercial topics. We also take a look at the unique challenges faced by tech leaders working in early stage and fast growth companies. It’s focused more towards the mid level / senior developer or engineer, though we have many experienced CTO subscribers.
