Hey Everyone

One of my favourite artists is Elvis Costello.

One of my favourite Costello songs is ‘Let Them All Talk’ and as communication is proving to be one of the most popular topics we cover, that’s the title I’m using as we focus on Small Talk, Listening Skills and a tricky subject, How to manage the team you’ve just left.

Don’t forget our amazing offer of FREE lifetime membership of CTO Academy, if you purchase our ‘Every Course, Every Lecture‘ package by Friday 14th July 2019.

No matter how many courses emerge from CTO Academy in the future, you will receive free access to all of them without extra charge.

Enjoy the read.

It’s such a crucial element of being an effective communicator, but overlooked by many who believe it’s all about the talking.

Here’s a collection of article on the topic.
